I would like to ask for help reading some of the text and markings on this parcel letter from Leipzig, Sachsen. I am in doubt of the address town - maybe Oldheim ? - and what old State it might be placed in. What is the significance of the 4 NGr Aa marking on the inside, the texts in pink lettering and other notes that may be of postal history relation and such. Thank you.
